Shipping
Since all the items in our shop are ready to ship, we typically will ship orders placed before 2pm Eastern time the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will most likely go out the next day. We will email you tracking info at the time of shipping.
Made to order items will ship on the day indicated on the listing for that item.
We strive to ensure the safe shipment of all of our pottery, but unfortunately some breakage does occur now and then. If anything in your order arrives broken, chipped, cracked or in any other unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 3 business days and we will work out a refund or replacement.
We will combine orders and refund excessive shipping overages during busy shop restocks if you place more than one order in a day.

We now have international shipping options. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes applied in the destination country.

We have made our best effort to correctly estimate international shipping rates. It's a difficult thing to do, and we can't foresee every possible combination of pots that could end up in a box. We reserve the right to cancel any internationally shipped order if the shipping rate we charged at checkout turns out to have been a considerable underestimation once we have everything actually boxed up and weighed. We will contact you and give you the option to either pay the additional shipping charges, or cancel the order. We will also reimburse any shipping overages should that occur. Thanks for understanding! We wish it was less expensive and less hassle to ship pottery outside the US.
Gifts
If your order is a gift, please let us know in the Note to Seller box during checkout. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide as the shipping address. We will not include any paperwork with pricing information in gift orders. If you would like us to write a small note to the recipient, please include your message in the Note to Seller box at checkout.
